About City Attorney
The City Attorney services are now being contracted. The City Attorney represents the Municipal Corporation of the City of Marshalltown, Iowa in all legal affairs including but not limited to litigation, appeals, prosecutions, contracts, personnel, economic development, environmental protection and remediation, collections, land use, health and safety, civil rights, ordinance drafting, and other related issues and matters. The City Attorney can also act as a legal advisor on official business to all City officials, boards, and commissions.
