| RFQ Info and Deadline - Police and Fire Department REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Marshalltown is requesting written qualifications to provide professional consultant services to compile a space needs assessment for the Police and Fire Departments. The project will consist of performing an evaluation of the space needs of both the Police and Fire Department operations. The evaluation will include the square footage requirements for personnel, vehicles, apparatus, equipment storage, personnel parking, visitor parking and other associated requirements for the daily operations of each department. Also, the project will provide the total site area of the parcel required for the new facilities, estimated cost of each, etc. Site selection is not a part of the scope of this projects. The RFQ must be submitted not later than 11:00 A.M. January 17, 2013 to Randy Wetmore at 24 N Center Street, Marshalltown, IA, 50158. The complete RFQ is posted online at www.ci.marshalltown.ia.us.
