City Finance Director Cindy R. Kendall has announced publication of the annual financial report, required by the State Auditor's Office.  This report differs from most city reports in that it includes data from the Waterworks budget.  The report may be found under the Finance Departments Resources:  2008-2009 State Financial Report.
