On 11-09-10 at 1917 hrs Officers of the Marshalltown Police Dept were dispatched to the 200 blk of N 4^thAve for a burglary in progress call. When officers arrived they saw that several people were holding a male subject on the ground.

Officers learned that the person being held on the ground was one of the suspects involved. This person was taken into custody with out further incident. A description of a second suspect was given out and this suspect was also apprehended by responding officers a few blocks from the scene.

Both suspects received minor injuries as a result of the incident and they were treated at MMSC before being transported out to the Marshall County Jail.

Arrested was a juvenile male whose name is not being released. He is charged with;

Burglary 1^st Degree a Class "B" Felony

Possession of Burglary Tools an " Aggravated MIsdemeanor"

The adult male is identified as Darko Saric W,M, D.O.B. 11-29-89 of 512 E Main St. Marshalltown, Iowa

Saric is charged with the following charges and is currently being held in the Marshall County Jail.

Burglary 1^st Degree a Class "B" Felony

Escape a Class "D" Felony

Possession of Burglary Tools an "Aggravated Misdemeanor"

Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor a "Simple Misdemeanor"
