The City of Marshalltown requires rental properties to register and pay an annual fee.  The Rental Registration information is available online.  Invoices have been mailed directly to contact person for each property.

The packet includes the registration letter in English and in Spanish as well as the required contact information form and new this year a newsletter to property owners.
