On 05-13-10 at 1156 PM Officers with the Marshalltown Police Department were dispatched to 412 E State St in Marshalltown on a report of a person breaking out windows at this residence.

When the officers arrived they established a perimeter around the residence. As the officers began to check the residence they observed a male subject inside. Officers ordered the subject outside and he was taken into custody without incident.

As the officers continued their investigation they learned that the subject in custody had burglarized this residence just prior to the officer’s arrival.

The following individual was arrested and charged with Burglary 3^rd Degree a Class “D” Felony.
