Aggravated Assault
Officers of the Marshalltown Police Department investigated a stabbing that occurred in the 500 Block of Woodbury St. at about 6:30pm on 06-22-10.
Arrested were:
Ronnie Joe Thomas (23): Aggravated Assault Iowa Code Chapter 708.2(3) Aggravated Misdemeanor
Blake Thomas (17): Aggravated Assault Iowa Code Chapter 708.2(3) Aggravated Misdemeanor Serious Assault Iowa Code Chapter 708.2(2) Serious Misdemeanor Criminal Mischief 5th Degree Iowa Code Chapter 716.6 Simple Misdemeanor
Daniel Shane Warnell and Callie Oltman were both injured in the assault. A vehicle belonging to Callie Oltman was also damaged in the incident. Ronnie Joe Thomas was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail with a bond of $2000. Blake Thomas was juvenile cited and released to his mother. Back to Police Department news » |
