Officers with the Marshalltown Police Department along with other law enforcement agencies across the state recently completed a week-long traffic enforcement project over the July 4th Holiday weekend. The project ran from July 2-5, 2010, and concentrated on seat belt violations and drunk driving arrests. The following is a breakdown of the contacts (arrest, citation, or warning).
