Building Code Board of Appeals
The board consists of five members appointed by the Mayor with approval of the City Council; one for one year; one for two years; one for three years; one for four years; one for five years. Their duty is to determine the suitability of alternate materials and types of construction, and to provide for a reasonable interpretation of the Building Code.
