The Memorial Coliseum Commissioners are selected by the Veterans Service Organizations enumerated in Section 37.10 in the Code of Iowa, at a convention. The selection by the Veterans Convention shall be approved by resolution by the City Council. The commissioners are in charge of the management and supervision of the Memorial Coliseum. Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month. Appointments are for three year terms.
