A rezoning request can be made in order to have the zoning classification of a property changed. Requests should be submitted to the Zoning Office

The rezoning process takes approximately three (3) months under optimum conditions. Rezoning requersts are reviewed and/or acted upon by City staff, the Plan & Zoning Commission, and the City Council.
