Registration Procedures

There are many ways to register: at our office, fax, email, online, or by mail.

Office: Stop by our office during regular business hours to sign up.
Fax: Fax registration form to the number listed above with credit card information.
Email: Email a scanned registration form to the email listed above with credit card information.
Online: Click on the "Register Online go" button below and follow the directions.
By Mail: Complete form and send with payment to address above.
*Email address required if receipt is desired regardless of reigstration method.

Refund Policy

When registering online you must enter birthdates to be able to enroll in any activity.
